10. ITCA IDD, the name of our product, is unofficial translation of your national driver's license. The design is similar to that of the UN convention of 1968. ITCA is a non governmental private company that is not affiliated with any government or the united nations.

By purchasing on e-itca.org website, you certify that you are fully aware that the ITCA IDD is not a license and has no legal weight. The purchased product (ITCA IDD) does not authorize people to drive legally, even if they don’t have state-issued licenses or if their state-issued licenses have been suspended or revoked. ITCA IDD cannot be used as photo ID. e-ITCA does not guarantee acceptance by all car rental companies.

Softcopy printable version application will be open, reviewed, and approved during the working hours only, and we have a daily list of urgent service applications and regular list applications, we will start the regular list after finalizing the urgent one.

A regular list of softcopy applications takes 24 to 48 hours sometimes.

Please note that the mandatory requirement based on both UN Conventions 1949 & 1968 is the grey color booklet, not the card, the card is in case of losing the booklet till we send** the newly printed booklet.

 

The card is not a reason for any case of return or refund unless having a mistake mentioned correctly in the application which is submitted by the applicant himself or by his agent.

Any wrong typing information on the card or on the booklet copied from the submitted application is not our responsibility in any case.

 

You may cancel your application within one day* unless we print it out we will deduct 35% euro*, Shipping is not refundable, We will pay the return shipping cost if it is our error, and, not if the shipment went out to the destination. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We do not accept returns of certain items:
